The Texture LBA Toner is a facial toner designed for cleansing, balancing, and restoring moisture for all skin types. Application

Alcohol-free, for all skin types. How to use: Before applying a facial care product, dip a cotton ball in the toner and cleanse the skin thoroughly. It is also recommended to complete a normal facial cleansing with a toner that balances the acidity of the skin and prevents dryness
