Shipping Conditions

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is available within Germany as well as to the following countries: Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, United Kingdom, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Turkey, Ukraine and Hungary.

Note on product availability by country:
We deliver most of our products to all of the countries listed above. However, due to manufacturer requirements, some products may only be sold and shipped to selected countries.

If you cannot see a product from your country or you are unable to purchase it in the shop, this usually means that the manufacturer does not allow shipping this product to your country.

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Deliveries within Germany

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

  • €5.99 per order for orders up to €100.00
  • Free shipping for orders of €100.00 or more

Deliveries to EU countries

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

  • €14.99 per order for orders up to €300.00
  • Free shipping for orders of €300.00 or more

Deliveries to non-EU countries

The shipping costs are:

  • €19.99 per order

Please note: For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional import taxes, customs duties or fees may apply which must be paid by the recipient. These costs are not included in our shipping charges and will not be covered by us. Please contact the customs authorities in your country for further information.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany usually takes 2–4 working days.

For international deliveries, the delivery time is generally also 2–4 working days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

Note on Deliverability

Please ensure that the name provided matches the name on the mailbox or doorbell so that proper delivery can be ensured.
